Terms & Conditions – Nomad Global Services PT PMA

Welcome to NannyNomad. By booking childcare services through our platform, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they define the legal, operational, and behavioral framework of our services.


1. Definitions

  • “Company”: Refers to NannyNomad, the service provider facilitating connections between families and childcare professionals.

  • “Client” / “Parent(s)”: The person(s) booking childcare services through NannyNomad.

  • “Nanny”: The childcare professional providing services to the Client.

  • “Services”: Any childcare, babysitting, or related services booked via NannyNomad.

  • “Platform”: The NannyNomad website (www.nannynomad.com) and associated communication tools.


2. Scope of Services

NannyNomad provides an international-standard childcare booking platform for families traveling, residing, or living temporarily in Lombok (and future destinations).

  • The Company recruits, verifies, and trains nannies according to internal quality and safety standards.

  • NannyNomad acts as a facilitator and intermediary; childcare services are delivered by the Nanny.

  • Nannies operate as independent contractors and are not employees of the Client.


3. Communication & Availability

  • The NannyNomad team is available 7 days a week, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

  • Messages received outside these hours will be handled on the next business day.

  • Timely responses from Clients are required to confirm, adjust, or maintain bookings.

  • Additional charges (e.g., late-night hours, last-minute bookings, extra children) will be communicated and must be agreed upon before confirmation.


4. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be made through the official NannyNomad Platform.

  • Full payment is required for booking confirmation.

  • For standard bookings, payment must be completed within 24 hours.

  • For bookings made less than 24 hours before the service, immediate payment is required.

  • Rates are displayed prior to confirmation and may vary based on duration, time of day, number of children, or specific requirements.

  • Any additional charges must be agreed upon before confirmation.


5. Assignment of the Nanny

  • NannyNomad strives to assign the nanny initially selected or proposed.

  • However, for organizational or availability reasons, the Company reserves the right to assign a nanny with an equivalent profile and qualifications.

6. Cancellation, Modification & Refund Policy

  • 100% refund for cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled start.

  • 50% refund for cancellations between 48 and 24 hours before the start.

  • No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start or in case of no-show.

  • If a Nanny cancels unexpectedly, NannyNomad will attempt to find a replacement.

  • If no replacement is available, a full refund will be issued.


7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about the children (age, allergies, medical conditions, special needs).

  • Ensure a safe, appropriate, and respectful environment for the Nanny.

  • Respect agreed schedules and conditions.

  • Treat the Nanny with dignity, respect, and cultural sensitivity.

  • Refrain from requesting tasks outside the childcare scope (e.g. heavy housekeeping, elaborate cooking, medical care), unless explicitly agreed in advance.


8. Nanny Responsibilities

Nannies commit to:

  • Providing attentive, professional, and punctual childcare.
  • Following NannyNomad safety, hygiene, and conduct standards.

  • Communicating promptly in case of delays, incidents, or emergencies.


9. Framework of the Service

  • Childcare activities are provided only when requested by the Parents.

  • Services do not include heavy household tasks, advanced cooking, or medical care.

  • Any situation compromising the safety of the child or the Nanny may result in immediate service interruption.


10. Health & Safety

  • Parents must disclose any health conditions prior to the service.
  • The Nanny may refuse care if a child is visibly ill, unless previously agreed.
  • In emergencies, the Nanny will seek medical assistance and inform the Parents as soon as possible.

11. Liability & Insurance

  • NannyNomad acts solely as an intermediary.

  • The Company is not liable for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or damages occurring during the service.

  • Parents remain fully responsible for their children.

  • Clients are strongly encouraged to hold adequate travel and liability insurance.


12. Code of Conduct

  • Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior toward Nannies is strictly prohibited.

  • Violations may result in immediate service termination and refusal of future bookings.

13. Confidentiality & Data Protection

  • Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with international data protection standards.

  • Data is used exclusively for service purposes and handled confidentially.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Indonesia.

Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mataram, Lombok.

15. Acceptance of Terms

By booking services through NannyNomad, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.
