Terms & Conditions – Nomad Global Services PT PMA

Welcome to NannyNomad. By booking childcare services through our platform, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they establish the legal framework of our services.
1. Definitions

“Company”: Refers to NannyNomad, the service provider facilitating connections between families and childcare professionals.

“Client” / “Parent(s)”: The person(s) booking childcare services through NannyNomad.

“Nanny”: The childcare professional providing services to the Client.
-
“Services”: Any childcare, babysitting, or related services booked via NannyNomad.
-
“Platform”: The NannyNomad website (www.nannynomad.com) and associated communication tools.
2. Scope of Services
NannyNomad provides an international-standard booking platform for families traveling, residing, or living temporarily in Lombok (and other future destinations).

The Company recruits, verifies, and trains nannies according to internal standards.

The Company facilitates the booking process, but the childcare services themselves are performed by the Nanny.

The Client acknowledges that each Nanny is an independent contractor, not an employee of the Client.
3. Booking & Payment

All reservations must be made through the official NannyNomad platform.

Payment is required in full at the time of booking.
-
Rates are clearly displayed before confirmation and may vary depending on duration, time of day, and special requirements.

Additional charges (e.g., late-night hours, last-minute bookings, extra children) will be communicated and must be agreed upon before confirmation.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
-
100% refund if cancellation occurs more than 48 hours before the scheduled start of the booking.
-
50% refund if cancellation occurs between 48 hours and 24 hours before the scheduled start.

Non-refundable if cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the scheduled start.

In case of no-show by the Client, no refund will be issued.

If a Nanny cancels unexpectedly, the Company will do its best to provide a replacement. If no replacement is available, the Client will receive a full refund.
5. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate information regarding the children (age, special needs, allergies, medical conditions, etc.).

Ensure a safe, appropriate environment for the Nanny to perform her duties.

Respect the agreed working hours and conditions.
-
Treat the Nanny with respect, dignity, and cultural sensitivity.

Refrain from requesting tasks outside the scope of childcare (e.g., housekeeping, cooking, errands) unless explicitly agreed upon.
6. Nanny Responsibilities

Deliver childcare services with professionalism, punctuality, and care.

Follow safety and hygiene practices in line with NannyNomad standards.
-
Communicate promptly with the Client and/or Company in case of delays or emergencies.
7. Liability & Insurance
-
NannyNomad acts as an intermediary and facilitator; the childcare services are performed under the responsibility of the Nanny.

The Company is not liable for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or damages occurring during the service.

Parents remain responsible for their children’s well-being.
-
It is strongly recommended that Clients maintain their own travel or liability insurance covering childcare services abroad.
8. Health & Safety

Parents must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or special care requirements prior to the service.

The Nanny has the right to refuse care if the child is visibly ill, unless previously agreed and properly prepared.

In case of emergency, the Nanny will seek immediate medical assistance and notify the Client.
9. Confidentiality & Data Protection

NannyNomad collects and processes personal data (Client information, children’s details, nanny profiles) in accordance with international data protection standards.

Information is used exclusively for booking and service purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent, unless required by law.

10. Code of Conduct

Discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate behavior towards Nannies will not be tolerated.

Any Client violating these principles may be denied future services.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Indonesia, where NannyNomad is registered.
-
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mataram, Lombok, Indonesia.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By booking through NannyNomad, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
